She is being very strange about it all. I've no idea where she's coming from because almost everyone else it throughly enjoying the process and games that we organise.
Why she makes the point about wearing whatever she likes and doing whatever she likes at game days that are prescriptive and restrictive by their very nature I'll never know.

I just think that, whilst we want to be as inclusive as possible, we shouldn't necessarily make exceptions for individuals with loud voices. But you're right, there are ways and means of talking to people.
It's difficult to balance not being restrictive and encouraging people to wear the right kit, and to a degree I think you're right Guy, the mark might have been overstepped here. In my own defence I said all along publicly that I didn't mind what Matt wore but just thought it'd make more sense for him to go Brit/Yank AB rather than USMC.
